Liked: This hotel is located in a perfect location for sightseeing and near all the bars and restaurants, we have no complaints whatsoever the room was big and bright with a very comfortable big bed. our own terrace was a bonus 😊 Pedro was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions really quickly we would definitely recommend and return.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had — disrespectful management, virtually no staff and absolutely no hospitality
Liked: The room itself was a good size and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, these were the only positive aspects of our stay.
Disliked: This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property should hardly be considered a hotel, as there was essentially no staff, reception or service. There was only one man managing the entire property, and he was present for approximately one hour during the day. The rest of the time, we were completely alone in the building with no reception, concierge or anyone to contact if we needed assistance. Even basic hospitality such as drinking water was not provided. What was most unacceptable was the way we were treated. When we arrived, the manager was initially friendly and insisted that we pay the full amount upfront. Immediately after we paid, his attitude changed completely. He became extremely rude, disrespectful and spoke to us in an unacceptable manner. We had specifically asked in advance whether we could check in at 1:30 p.m. because our flight arrived early, and he confirmed that we could. We therefore came all the way to the property with our luggage. Once we arrived and paid, he suddenly told us that 1:30 was only for payment and that we had to leave and return at 4:00 p.m. Had he communicated this clearly, we would obviously have made other plans instead of travelling there with all our suitcases. He barely helped us carry our luggage to the top floor and then disappeared. We were three young women left alone in an unattended property for most of our stay. Even when we requested only 30 additional minutes for checkout, he refused. The complete lack of professionalism, hospitality and basic customer service was shocking. I would absolutely not recommend this property.
I wish my flight had not been delayed, I recommend this place for a romantic getaway!

Hotel muy céntrico y cómodo si no queréis coger el coche y estar en Ciutadella
Liked: Hotel ubicado en el corazón de Ciutadella. Muy cómodo si te gusta estar en el meollo. Muy moderno, bien decorado y, muy importante, con aire acondicionado! Tiene televisión con Netflix y nevera. La amabilidad de Pedro ha sido excepcional, se agradece tratar con personas así de buenas!
Disliked: Es un hotel pequeño, familiar donde algunas habitaciones estan en la planta baja al lado de recepción. Almenos en la nuestra, nos ha faltado luz natural dado que daba la sensación como de encerrado. También se escucha un poco los ruidos de la calle al igual que las conversaciones de los huéspedes cuando entran en el hotel. Aún así, nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena.
