Exceptional
Lovely friendly hotel. We will stay again!
Liked: We've been to the hotel two years running. The staff are lovely (most are long term), the guests are varied and interesting, and the food is very good, particularly the breakfasts.
Disliked: We were given a room with a bed too soft for my back. BUT they immediately moved us to a better room with a much firmer and comfortable bed. Very impressed.
Liked: Always a haven of tranquility with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The food has always been great but this year was up another level so stayed and had dinner both nights and were blown away by the amazing dishes!!
Very pleasant stay with great facilities, location and staff
Liked: All the staff were very friendly, polite and always willing to help. The Hotel surroundings, location and pools are all very nice and well kept.
Disliked: The room we stayed in (3) needs updating. The shower needed a towel put at the front to stop water leaking into the bathroom area.
Gorgeous and lush green hotel
Liked: Stunning hotel - quiet, very lush and felt like a moment stopped in time. The staff is extremelly helpful and sweet. There are two pools it was so relaxing and calm. Great location 5-10mins from everything we wanted to visit. Would come back and I recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful romantic boutique hotel.
