  Exceptional stay – perfectly tailored for families

  Liked: Rooms & Space: The room and bed were huge, exceptionally spacious, and came with a very large terrace. Everything inside the room worked perfectly. Resort & Amenities: The Prestige area itself is quiet, serene, and relaxing, but you still get full access to the broader resort facilities. Family Friendly: Traveling with our 1.5-year-old daughter, we made great use of the kids' splash pool. The resort is incredibly well-suited for toddlers. Dining: Incredible food quality. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, and the dinner buffets offered a huge, delicious selection. Staff & Service: Every single staff member was efficient, warm, and friendly. They seamless coordinated our late check-in, were super helpful in the restaurants, and were consistently lovely with our baby. Late Check-Out: Because our flight was late in the day and our daughter was feeling a bit under the weather, being able to arrange a late check-out was an absolute lifesaver. Even with the additional cost, having a comfortable room until departure made a world of difference.

  Excellent!

  Liked: The hotel is excellent and the rooms are lovely. The staff were wonderful and we would definitely come back!

  Amazing holiday at a gorgeous resort!

  Liked: Our stay was excellent! My biggest highlight was the staff, they were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming to the resort. My room was much bigger than expected and I had a gorgeous sea view. Breakfast buffet was great, as was the pool and other amenities. A great stay!

  Disliked: My only dislike which is no reflection on the resort is that if you are visiting and not hiring a car getting around the island can be difficult. Punta prima is a quieter part of the island, taxi service can be quite slow and hard to get if they are busy. The buses are great but only come once an hour and don’t always take the most direct routes.

  Perfect, relaxing and chilled!

  Liked: Rooms were perfect as it was not as packed as the main hotel and the separate pool made us feel more relaxed vs in a really busy area like the main hotel. Staff were incredible, so kind, helpful and very caring, we felt well looked after. A huge thanks to Francis in particular who made sure nothing went unnoticed.

  Disliked: Didn’t like is a little strong. The one tiny issue but it did not impact us in the slightest was we could not find an iron but it was no issue in light of how amazing everything else was

  Great option for families

  Liked: Really comfortable rooms with big and great double beds. Handy to have a kitchen. Super clean every day!

  Disliked: One kid had a nice bed but the other one got the movable ones, very uncomfortable. He is 6 so no big deal but for older kids that is terrible.
