Exceptional
Liked: We had a wonderful stay in Menorca! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and everything was just as described. We especially appreciated the little details, including the Nespresso coffee machine, which was a lovely bonus. The host was welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
New and dog friendly apartment
Liked: Despite it being new, this apartment has almost everything already. Large bed, bunk beds for kids or smaller people like me and a kitchen. Also wifi and two air cons. Nice, affordable vacation home, dogs are welcome!
Disliked: A washing machine would have been nice, but it seems there's still room to build the attic / roof interior in the future.

Liked: Very good instructions provided, with video how to find apartment and how to gain access. Very good!
Liked: The location was calm and close to the beach.
Disliked: I booked a stay here in February with my young children, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we found that there were two dogs in the communal areas, which made one of my children quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the outdoor pool had not been cleaned, which was concerning. As a result, we had to arrange alternative accommodation at short notice. To make matters more stressful, it then took 48 hours for Booking.com to receive confirmation from the property owner agreeing to a refund. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend staying here based on our visit.
A good alternative to staying in an apartment
Liked: A small semi detached villa with south facing terrace. A good alternative to staying in a block of apartments. Comfortable double bed, although the bedroom is compact with insufficient space for bedside tables. The second bedroom has bunk beds. Modern kitchen with Krupps Nespresso coffee machine ( no kettle ). The property was kept neat and clean. The resort centre is just a 10 mins walk. Out of season the larger supermarkets and restaurants are closed. There is a small supermarket, Hong Ye, which is open every day. Excellent communication with Luis, the owner.
