Fabulous
Liked: The food is amazing
Nice staff, location hilly, areas clean, good variety of drinks. Lovely pool

Great hotel and location. Dining experience should be improved with longer time frames!!
Liked: The food was excellent, staff friendly, amazing views over the bay/cove. Close to the beach - around 150 steps. Nearby bus stop to Mahon, Es Mercedal which are a few times a day. Convenience shop 3-4min walk away. Bar staff very hard working and friendly. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner times should be extended. It gets packed out in the restaurant and it is not a relaxing experience at all! 8-10am, 1-3pm then 7-9pm is ridiculous. It should be 7-10, 12-3 and 6-9 to accommodate more varied options and to spread out the customers without it being so hectic, loud and rushed. More live football should be shown on the big screen in the bar.
This hotel has confirmed to us that hotels should either be 'all inclusive' or 'half board.'
Liked: The room with a sea view that we paid extra to enjoy.
Disliked: Food was of poor quality, not labelled, nothing of any interest for vegetarians. Tables too close together. Children allowed to pick at food on display with their fingers to dip into cakes etc to taste the decoration, eat the sample, then do the same again. This also happened with ice cream. Long lines of guests at too many stations. Impatient guests just barge their way through. The amount of food wastage is embarrassing. No sound proofing between bedrooms. After midnight we were woken by people next door returning to their room drunk and shouting.
