Exceptional
Perfect!
Liked: Ona and her colleague were both so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect - clean, stylish with lovely attention to detail. I could not have asked for a better stay. The location is perfect - right in the old town and it's a small city so everything is within walking distance. A bonus was the beautiful roof terrace, where I enjoyed a morning coffee and an evening beer watching the sun set. You will not regret staying here!
Incredibly comfortable and great value
Liked: Warm lighting, excellent location
Great location d
Liked: Town centre location but quiet. Rooms small but quirky. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ona and Millon were great. Would stay again.
Disliked: Nothing
Wonderful experience
Liked: Location, the all apartment itself, the beds, the sweet balcony, the sympathy of staff. If i come back, for sure i'll try to stay here again.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff
Liked: The staff were wonderful - very kind, friendly and helpful. In particular Ona was so lovely to interact with. We had an issue (not the fault of the hotel) which she bent over backwards to help us with. The location was great, rooms very clean and beautiful and the hotel had a lovely terrace with views over the town - great to watch the sunset. Nice little area to make coffee and tea.
Disliked: When we first arrived we were given a double bed, when we had ordered twin beds. This issue came from booking.com not the hotel. This was the issue that Ona helped us to rectify. She was incredibly helpful and did everything she could to give us a great stay - it just involved a bit of moving rooms.
Brilliant location, great staff, great holiday
Liked: Lovely and clean, really helpful staff
Disliked: Nothing
