Fabulous
Great facilities, attentive and helpful Staff
Liked: Close proximity to all amenities. Great pool/bar area and excellent daytime snack menu
Disliked: Two of us use mobility scooters and there were 3 fairly steep steps to the apartment that were difficult to move scooters around up and down
Great stay at the Siesta Mar Confort
Liked: Hospitality at the reception and very professional and helpful. There is the pool for a quick dip whenever you feel like. It is well located within reach of supermarkets, restaurants, and walking distance from sites like Mirador de Meditiranni, Club Menorca and the Cala N Porter beach. The apartment had the amenities you would need including iron and iron board, cooking amenities, and even a toaster. The TV had all the cable channels in case you wanted to rest at home.
Disliked: The time to check out was at 9:55am without any opportunity to extend. However, you could keep your baggages with the reception until you leave.
A good functional space
Liked: It was a good space which was in an ideal spot for us. It was very clean. Near to shops which had pretty much everything you could need & plenty of choice of food outlets nearby. The air con and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were ideal. The outdoor terrace was lovely to sit out on.
Disliked: The bathroom was tired & in need of an upgrade, particularly the shower which didn't have any power to it. We had an issue with water coming through the bathroom ceiling which apparently was coming from the privately owned apartments above. They asked for the rubbish to be taken out but there were no spare bin bags provided.
Siesta mar. Not as good this year but still enjoyed
Liked: Love siesta mar. Stayed a few times now but it has lost a little this year around the bar and pool area with no Edu keeping the structure and with no or very quiet music it is lacking in atmosphere and many things at the pool bar were not working. Still good and enjoyed it. Not sure what the various options are on this web site with regards to siesta mar. You don't really know what you are booking. Is it theirs, privately owned and sub let by siesta mar, is it a specific apartment if so it's different to the picture shown? You don't where you are staying. Its all a bit vague and not sure I will book again on here as I want to know which apartment I am booking and staying in but bottom line is apartment was clean comfortable AC worked and was fairly well equipped, basic but does the job. I love Cp, siesta mar and will come again.
Liked: The apartment was basic but clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean, and the grounds were well kept.
Disliked: The light on the patio didn't work. The drain in the shower did not drain properly and left a bad smell. We had to ask twice to get someone to fix the issues. Could have been a better selection of crockery and glasses.
