Liked: Great location, five star kids club and the F&B, concierge and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional.
Disliked: It does not live up to the image it markets. For example: we booked a Premium room with city view and were given a Deluxe room with street view but without explanation. When we complained there was no acknowledgment of the downgrade but the attempt at an excuse that the description on booking.com was wrong. They then offered an upgrade for 50%+ which we refused asking for the room we booked. They then finally admitted their mistake and offered a meagre 15% discount and still no apology. Unacceptable.
