Fabulous
Liked: Everything amazing. Especially the staff!
Exceptional!!
Liked: Great hotel. Ive stayed in 5 star hotels that havent been as good as this hotel. Food was good, staff were incredible. Facilities top notch, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely be coming again!!
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Family room, all the pools, excellent kid facilities, meal convenience, bouncy castle, proximity to Ciutadella, good selection of food and some of it particularly nice
Disliked: Indoor pool wasn’t hot enough, lack of information about basic things like how to get pool towels (and not being able to get them fresh regularly), pirate ship by the kids pool could have been cleaner (bird poo), lunch could be open 30 mins earlier for young kids, no bath tub
Liked: Good location, good facilities, good sraff
Disliked: Not a lot!
We had a great week with our kids at Zafiro Menorca. It’s a nice hotel that I can warmly recommend
Liked: All in all a very nice hotel. Good room, pool area, and buffet breakfast/dinner. Friendly staff and nice activities for the kids. Short walk to the supermarket and marina as well as the beach.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t great and the music at the pool was sometimes a bit loud.
Very nice indeed
Liked: Lovely feel
Disliked: Nothing
