  Comfortable and convenient

  Liked: Very clean and well decorated. Well equipped for self catering

  Disliked: Not a complaint, more a suggestion. Could do with a table or shelf in the otherwise well appointed bedrooms. Also a rail in the bathroom to dry towels would be handy

  A perfect place to stay in Merida

  Liked: The apartment is very well designed. It’s spacious and has two separate bedrooms with bathrooms. It has a small private pool in the backyard which is great for the summer heat. Everything was very clean and the communication with the host was perfect.

  Stylish self catering in a good location

  Liked: The house is modern and stylish, equipped to a high standard. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished, although a rack for a suitcase wouldn't go amiss in each bedroom. Blackout shutters meant that the bedrooms were dark enough for sleeping. The wi-fi was very strong throughout the property. It is in a good location, about a 5 minute walk to the town centre and round the corner from a supermarket, which has everything needed for self-catering. The area was quiet. A private parking garage, just round the block, was very useful and well worth the 5Euros a day we paid to rent it. The enclosed patio area at the back of the building, accessed through the lounge, would make this property ideal for keeping children safe.

  Disliked: The double bed wasn't very comfortable as the mattress sank towards the middle of the bed. Equally there was no choice of pillow; the ones provided were too firm for our tastes. It would have been helpful to have an information sheet/book with details of where to find food shops and indeed the key to the outhouse where the washing machine was housed. A map of town would have also been useful.

  Beautiful roomy house with pool

  Liked: Stunning renovation. So much room outside too. We’ve travelled all over Spain this trip and this is by far our favourite accommodation.

  Disliked: All bathrooms are upstairs and en suite, a downstairs toilet would be useful.

  Beautiful, comfortable and well located apartment

  Liked: We like everything. The apartment was nicely decorated and it was cool for the hot weather so it was comfortable to come back after long walks in town. The kitchen had everything you need for a short stay.
