Exceptional
A nice apartment but the photos were of several apartments, and we one got one without the view
Liked: It is a good location and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.
Disliked: The washer was down the hall, but it was behind construction materials, so it could not be used. A few small repairs are needed in the apartment.
Now that we know all the hoops needed to stay here we would use this facility again
Liked: The apartment is as advertised. Well positioned in town, well equipted and roomy. There was enought coffee provided for our one night stay.
Disliked: Communication is poor. Arrival information is not given until you submit personal information, passport ect. They didn't say they needed my wifes just that the information was incomplete so no details were sent. When finally sorted it shows our room number which looked like 11 but ended up be roman numeral 2. No indication what floor the room was on. All messages by email or whatsapp were in spanish and the host doesn't speak english so trying to solve issues was difficult. The free parking is a 3 minute walk away. At least it was nice weather.
State of the art access - very clean - super comfortable! Absolutely recommended!

Disliked: The location was slightly difficult to reach with car and no parking for car with roofbox unfortunately.
Roman ruins and restaurants are excellent in Merida
Liked: Location looking out on the Roman castle and bridge, quiet, cold AC, great shower water pressure.
Disliked: Parking is 5 blocks away in the garage and access to load/unload car is tricky.
Perfect and amazing value, particularly with parking included
Liked: Great location, super clean and great communication

Excellent central location but the trade off is it’s noisy outside
Liked: Neat, tidy, clean, and well equipped little apartment. Excellent central location. Free parking.
Disliked: Communication prior to arrival was patchy - needed chasing up for details like apartment entry codes. We were in Suite 3 and it suffers from a lot of outside noise, especially motorbikes and groups of people, late into the night.
