  Liked: Most everything!

  Disliked: Lack of basic like One microwave and coffee machine for All customers Cups Not in every room. Something for customers to have a drink. Or heat up food.

  Comfortable stay with great location

  Liked: Hostal Pompeya Merida is very centrally located. We were a short walking distance to all of the old city sites including Templo Diana and Teatro Romano. The folks managing the hostal were relatively quick to respond to issues. The Wifi was decent. The a/c worked wonderfully and was infinitely adaptable. We were able to dehumidify the room, not just freeze. The windows opened into a sheltered column, making getting fresh air very easy.

  Disliked: The electronic door lock was broken when we arrived and that took a bit to resolve. There was a lockbox next to the room with a physical key and we used that during our stay. The shower head doesn't stay put so you have to hold it to use it. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.
