  Liked: Excellent location, apartment was very clean, kitchen was supplied with goodies, owner was very pleasant and helpful. Free parking.

  Disliked: Parking was not on site which was unavoidable since apartment is in historic area.

  Great apartment

  Liked: As the other reviews have stated, Jose is an excellent host and is very helpful. The apartment is excellently located and very close to all of Meridas highlights and overlooks the Alcazaba, large rooms and were very comfortable for the 4 of us. The parking (outside apartment and the garage) was a nice bonus and the breakfast bits and pieces a nice touch. Check in and check out were simple. Would highly recommend a stay at La Casa de la Alcazaba - Free Parking

  Amazing place in Merida

  Liked: Everything!!! Starting from the excellent and prompt communication with the host, Jose. He greeted us and showed the property explaining how everything worked. He gave us excellent recommendations to do and see in Merida. The house has everything you need for a confortable stay. Location is prime with a parking spot right in front. You really feel at home. The beds are super comfortable for a great night sleep after a long day exploring Merida.
