  Clean hotel, need a car, nice buffet food, no outdoor pool from Oct!!

  Liked: Staff were quite friendly and hotel was very clean. Buffet food was delicious with a great variety, especially the salads.

  Disliked: The outdoor pool is NOT open in October -even though both the photographs and the description mention that the property has a lovely outdoor pool! We booked the property specifically so my elderly mother-in-law could swim with her grandson as it was a very special treat to stay there for her birthday. The staff were not very receptive to the feedback about us being so disappointed that the pool was not opened for our 2 night stay there. They said every hotel in the area close their pool from Oct for the Winter but we know that is not true because we own an apartment in Mijas and know the area very well. As a result it meant our days were very long in the hotel with nothing to do apart from sit in the lobby.

  Lovely hotel

  Liked: Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely surroundings. Room was nice, good shower and comfortable beds.

  Disliked: All was great. The hotel reception, bar and outside space and gardens are lovely. If anything, room could do with a little update but really no complaints.

  I love coming here, but could not bring husband

  Liked: excellent choices and chef’s omelet was superb. tables cleared promptly

  Disliked: The bathrooms are in desperate need of replacing. Dated and not in good order. Shower broken in different parts and strong sewage smell from the start.
