  Worth it

  Liked: The place was amazing from the arrival, the reception has an amazing view, the room was fantastic, very spacious, it has a well equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with an incredible view. The pool area was very nice, a very big pool, heated, also a little pool for the smaller children and a lot of sunbeds. Our kids loved it. The staff was super friendly and nice, and made us feel at home. A special thank you to Driss, who welcomed us with a big smile at the pool bar and was fantastic the entire stay. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. It's a good place to rest and enjoy the peace and quiet. The walk to the Taurito beachfront is very easy to, about 10 minutes, although it has a hill to go up when returning to the accommodation. Easy access to the main points of the island from there. Would definitely stay there again!

  Disliked: The food at dinner was okay. It should have more variety. Not a lot of appetizers or dishes and a lot of the times it felt like the same thing. It would be nice to have had soup of some kind for children. But despite that we liked our stay. Also when we checked in we were told that we would have a deposit of 15€ for the beach towels but at checkout we paid 48€ for the towels. So what was the point of the deposit?

  Rip Off

  Liked: The room was clean and modern

  Disliked: I booked way in advance ie March I recd and email two days prior to my arrival to say that payment would be taken in the next 24 hrs £135 (B&B) On day of travel had already departed when I recd an email to say that my room had been cancelled due to a credit card discrepancy When I arrived at Gran Canaria airport I rebooked cost £175 (Room Only ) What choice did I have?? After breakfast next morning we checked out and were charged £28 TWICE for breakfast It was supposed to be £14 per head My fault didnt check the invoice however I tried to call no reply and I then emailed them No Reply

  Liked: The appartments were clean and fresh. It was very quiet when we visited.

  Disliked: It was a long uphill walk from the beach so if you are not fit you need a car.

  beautiful hotel with great staff

  Liked: Hotel was beautiful, everything from the pool to reception was immaculate. Stay were so friendly and helpful, food at breakfast and the pool bar was fresh and perfect.

  Disliked: We stayed Monday to Monday, Although we're not messy, and keep everything tidy I would have expected the apartment to be cleaned more than twice during our stay, is it detailed that it is frequent and the cleaning team are everywhere on site.

  Liked: Fantastic resort for switching off from the world, food was brilliant and the staff. Apartments fantastic modern and plenty of facilities. Brilliant.

  Disliked: The gym facilities were good but needed some TLC and would of been nice to have a afternoon tea facilities included in the half board.

  Good location but needs more focus on room cleanliness
