  Great location, apartment met all our requirements and would stay again

  Liked: Great location.

  Disliked: Could have done with a couple of sunbeds for the patio area or more comfortable seats. The main bed was quite small.

  Great location, badly maintained

  Liked: The location was perfect, near the beach, a few restaurants. The apartment itself could be amazing as it's spacious with a lovely roof terrace and the complex pool is lovely. However see the bad points.

  Disliked: No code to get into buildings and when we asked for them we were told we had them all...guess what we didn't have them all and no reception. No garage key, luckily lots of parking on road. Broken dishwasher, broken BBQ, broken coffee machine, no sink plug, no spare pillows, no washing up cloths/liquid, no dishwasher tablets. Stove top coffee maker not usable with induction dtove. 1 full cushion for 6 outside chairs, there were 2 further part cushions and 1 cushion which looked like it was for a sunlounger. The roof terrace sink drainage was broken and if used would have run all over the terrace. Basically this is an apartment that is not being maintained and communication was poor and the only issue resolved was the dishwasher.

  Disappointed in the way everything was handled and won’t return or recommend even thiugh we have family living there

  Liked: The location, was near to family

  Disliked: On the first day my 8 year old son went to go out on the balcony and the glass smashed and broke. He was cut by the glass. We called the staff immediately to inform them, no one asked if my son was ok. Someone came to put cardboard up and a week later the glass was replaced and they charged me for the glass even though by law it should have been safety glass. I contacted them to query it and no one has responded to any of my messages. My son could have been seriously hurt. Aside from that, the apartment sleeps 6 and there were only 3 bowls.

  Small, clean apartment - but NOT the one we booked

  Liked: Property was clean, bed was comfortable, good WiFi - great location and view, though we knew that, and it was one of the reasons for booking.

  Disliked: That we clearly booked a 3-bedroom apartment, but were given a 2-bedroom one. One room had just bunks, so had we wished to sleep separately, this would not have been possible. The primary reason for booking 3-bed even though there were only two of us, is that we knew there would be at least one walk-in shower (rather than a bath) as I have mobility impairment and cannot access a bath. Consequently, I could not shower during my stay. Parking access tight especially with a big car, and no indication given on arrival as to which parking entrance to access - so therefore had to reverse a strange car up a steep slope, having guessed incorrectly! Final thing we noted was that the property itself doesn't seem to have any obvious fire/smoke detection/ warning system.
