  Acceptable but nothing extraordinary. Over-priced, certainly

  Liked: Room was spacious. Reception staff was welcoming. Bed was comfortable and big. Breakfast was quite good, except the coffee. They need a good machine for coffee.

  Disliked: Hotel is over-priced for what is offers. Not sure what provides a hotel with a "boutique" label but did not feel like in a boutique hotel. Pool was small. If all guests were to gather around the pool, they would not fit inside together. The bathrooms are badly designed, one takes a shower a water splashes everywhere.

  Liked: When we arrived we were shown two rooms - the first was not acceptable as we didn't like the open showers in the room, the second room was ok but we then discovered that the lock on the patio doors was broken. The third room was great as it overlooked the pool and out to the sea so we were happy with this. The staff were very nice and the location was very peaceful.

  Disliked: The concept of the hotel is good but it could definitely do with a bit of TLC. Whilst the location was peaceful it is a bit out of the way and we spent quite a lot of time standing at bus stops waiting for buses which didn't always arrive according to the timetable.

  This hotel is a hidden gem. We were exhausted from previous travel and I had a bronchial infection. This is a perfectly

  Liked: The quiet and tranquillity. The staff. The food. The room. The pool.

  Disliked: The beach was rather scuzzy and the sea too rough to enjoy swimming.

  Disappointed in low standards

  Liked: Location is great and can walk to restaurants 5min to 20min away. Parking available, reasonable breakfast. Size of room is great.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel disappointed. Cleanliness of floors in the rooms and curtains is greatly lacking, bath is cracked, spider website in room and the open shower concept just creates a mess and makes the room smell of drain and damp. The sunbeds and pool also needs a clean. The WiFi is really weak. The breakfast is OK, but the croissants were burnt and the prices for meals were very expensive. The service was ok, but the lady who was there seems to be doing everything. Clean rooms, clean pool, service at restaurant, and check in/out. Maybe part of the low standards. Also they promote things on the website that's not available. It's unfortunate these things let us down because it can be great.
