  An unforgettable family getaway with stunning views, a fantastic pool, and plenty of space for every

  Liked: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Disa in mid-October! We stayed with two families, and the house was simply perfect for us. There was more than enough space for everyone, whether we wanted to spend time together or enjoy a little peace and quiet. The kids absolutely loved the pool and could hardly be persuaded to get out, even with the water temperature at around 21°C! The beautiful beaches nearby were another highlight. With lovely temperatures of around 25°C, we were still able to enjoy the sunshine and the sea in October. The house is incredibly family-friendly and offers plenty of space. There are four large bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, although we didn’t need it during our stay. What we particularly appreciated were the many different indoor and outdoor areas. Even with two families, everyone could easily find their own favourite spot to relax, while there were also plenty of wonderful spaces to enjoy together. One of our absolute favourite spots was the fantastic outdoor bar, where we spent many lovely evenings! We also really appreciated the thoughtful little touches. Arriving to find a fridge already stocked with drinks was such a lovely surprise and made settling into our holiday even easier. Of course, some parts of the house are a little dated, but we actually think that’s part of its charm. It certainly didn’t bother us or take anything away from our experience. Overall, Casa Disa is a wonderful, spacious holiday home full of character, with a lovely pool and a fantastic location. It’s an ideal place for two families travelling together. We felt at home from the very first moment and would happily return!

  Disliked: The location on top of the hill is both one of the biggest advantages and the main downside of Casa Disa. The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away, so having a car is definitely essential. On the other hand, you’re rewarded with absolutely stunning views that more than make up for the extra driving! A small trade-off we were more than happy to accept.

  We enjoyed a peaceful stay in glorious surroundings, and with a few tweaks, this villa could be the ultimate holiday des

  Liked: The villa was in a beautiful, peaceful location, very private, but not isolated. Cooking pots and pans, utensils and condiments were plentiful. This could be the ultimate destination with a little time and attention.

  Disliked: A decent coffee machine would be ideal. Although air conditioning is in all bedrooms, a unit is necessary in the main living area, as ceiling fans are just not enough with the high summer temperatures. A door and window sensitive unit here would ensure economic running. The wooden beds upstairs are very creaky and noisy, and simple divans would eliminate this problem. The upstairs bathroom smelled terribly every single time water was run, even with all plugs in place. This needs addressing. Downstairs bathroom was fine. The sofas need decent covers, or to be replaced. Bedding needs to be replaced, as the covers were faded and rough. Old pool toys and old outdoor furniture, broken washing line, broken barbecue, dead and plastic plants etc need to be removed. The pool is fantastic, but the spa needs attention, especially with the timer for the jets staying on for hours. The internal parking area needs to be accessible, as leaving the car outside causes problems for other road users.
