  Missing clothes

  Liked: Plenty of sun loungers.

Disliked: Our dirty laundry was picked up by cleaner and thrown away, two days before we checked out and despite hotel reception saying their Manager would ring or email us, he still hasn't. I've emailed them myself since checking out a day early but they haven't had the decency to reply. We have lost about £155 worth of clothes. Not happy.

  Lovely stay at Best Indalo

Liked: Fabulous location, great food, and facilities very good. Very clean and staff very nice.

Disliked: Would have liked the animation team to broadcast activities in English as well, though understandably the majority of guests were Spanish.

Liked: We liked the location, easy parking on the beach front, the pools, lovely food.

Disliked: There was no bin in the outdoor bar area, tables were always full of glasses and dirty. The animation was quite poor especially in the evenings.
