  The hotel was value for money but it's quality mirrored the moderate price

  Liked: Clean room with large and comfortable beds. Good outside swimming pool.

  Disliked: With one exception, staff did their job but it seemed like a chore. Buffets were of modest quality.

  Liked: Large rooms, shower not a bath, useful when you are getting older. Bidet, massive beds. Enjoyed the swimming pools and everything very clean

  Disliked: Had to pay everything upfront, no charging drinks etc to the room or putting money into reception to only pay one bill at the end of stay, like other hotels (a sign of the times?)

  Highly recommended for a beautiful break away

  Liked: Great location and a fantastic bus service just outside the hotel that takes you either to the old town (pueblo) or along the main beach front! The hotel is situated more in a residential area but the facilities in the hotel and fabulous! 3 big pools included a small water park area for smaller children, there is entertainment that runs during the day for the kids and at night for families. In the premises is also an Irish bar, an outside bar & some sports games like ping pong/table tennis! The room were a good size and there is a fridge in the room, good sized balcony and nice clean bathroom with a shower. They also have a chiringuito just across the road the we ate lunch at on arrival, it was very nice food with beautiful sea views on the beach! (Food photos attached were from chiringuito)

  Disliked: Having a kettle in the room would of been nice Seemed like the entertainment at night was mainly in Spanish therefore people not Spanish may not enjoy it so much

  Disappointed that water park is not attached to this hotel as per the advert photos on booking.com

  Liked: Clean and lovely breakfast

  Disliked: Advert to book showed pictures of a water park with large slides - turns out this is another hotel. The slides at this hotel are for small toddlers. I booked this hotel specifically for the slides for my teenagers. Very disappointed.

  Ok with visit there and afraid will be our last. It's deteriorated and needs a refurbishment

  Liked: Pools were great. Our pool and sea view

  Disliked: The tiled area around the pool ie the tiles were filthy. We complained and it took three days for two cleaners to clean them. The sunbeds needed a wash down. The staff not friendly and made no effort to connect with clients.

  I’m not recommending

  Disliked: The property completely disregarded the silence after 10 p.m.! They allowed a louder event near the pool until 11:30 p.m.! This was incredibly disrespectful to those who wanted to get some rest.
