  Liked: Location was good and quite cheap accommodation.

  Disliked: Staff were not helpful. Slow. Furniture is old and needs replacing or deep cleaning. Dinner buffee very poor.

  I believe I was staying in the ‘Bates Hotel’ from the movie ‘The Shining’

  Liked: The rooms, pool, everything was great and I like the birds.

  Disliked: No life in the hotel, the first 2 nights hardly any staff, I felt like I was in the movie ‘The Shining’ so quiet, not a sound, not music anywhere, areas closed off, doors barred, no entry onto terrace, no pool bar, the food on the first 2 night were not good, preparing hours before, cold, the staff were so grumpy, no matter how many times I said ‘thank you’ them even in Spanish, you never got a word from them.

  A welcome comfort in the face of disaster

  Liked: The hospitality was comforting, warm and welcoming. We needed emergency accommodation because of evacuation due to wildfire. We arrived after midnight with just the clothes we were wearing. We were checked into beautiful rooms with beautiful views and provided with all the toiletries we needed, including toothbrush and toothbrush. Breakfast was included and the offer of additional nights if needed. The prices were so reasonable in consideration of the catastrophe we were enduring

Please note that clients between the ages of 8 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult during their access to the spa, during special hours from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00. Children under 8 years old cannot access the spa. The spa is open every day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Reservations of more than 5 rooms have additional conditions and supplements. The hotel allows pets up to a maximum weight of 9 kg with a supplement of 10 euros per pet per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
