  A perfect midwinter break

  Liked: Amazing break in Feb/March. The apartment is excellent. The view, comfortable bed and lounge area. Swimming every day in the complex indoor pool. Tania is helpful and friendly(a great lady).

  Home from home

  Liked: Tanita's apartment has everything one could want to enjoy a stay. It is wonderfully clean has great sea views Tanita is a joy and always ready to help if needed. It is in a quiet area and midway between Garrucha and Mojacar Playa. There is a bus stop close by to get you to Mojacar if you don't wish to walk. There is a good bus service which can get you as far as Madrid if you want. We spent a night in Almeria. We will return, again and again.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had an amazing sea view. The area is super quiet — perfect for relaxing. Tanita is the sweetest host we’ve ever met, always available and happy to help with anything, anytime. The beach is just a short 6–7 minute walk away, and there’s a nearby bus stop for easy trips to Mojácar Pueblo, Garrucha, or Vera. Totally recommend this place! 🌞💙

  Exceptional

  Liked: Had the most wonderful 4 week stay at Sea View cozy apartment. The apartment was spotless well equipped and very comfortable with everything we needed. The sea view was amazing with a beautiful sunrise to see. Ample space on the balcony with table and chairs and sunbeds to relax on. The underground parking space was ideal. To have an indoor pool to use this time of the year was great. Tania our host is amazing. She was there to meet us when we arrived gave us so much information and was readily available to contact if there was anything we needed. (not that it was necessary). Would highly recommend ☺️

  Perfect accommodation

  Liked: The host lady is very very nice. The apartment is fully equipped as if we were at home. From the terrace the view is stunning. Everything was great. I really recommend it. Parking is in the garage of the building.
