  The hostel would have been better

  Liked: There’s a semi-feral cats colony that lives on the premise and it’s absolutely lovely

  Disliked: The Structure is old and bad maintained. The food is all low quality and industrial, the “all inclusive” is a joke and very limited. The services like the pools are enjoyable only if the structure is not full in capacity,otherwise it becomes chaotic and stressful. Rules are not enforced and that creates a very unpleasant stay for everyone. The reception is abysmal,nor friendly. all the informations are to be pried by force, as nothing is forthcoming or clear, you’re left to wonder about everything. The rooms are not bad,but absolutely not in line with a 4 star village as they sell it. No amenities,those are included only in the “club” ones, the position all depend by pure chance, if you’re not lucky enough to being able to reserve the “sea view” as they call it. They’re not well insulated and that leaves them very humid, and if you’re unlucky enough to get the one in the first block, you have to track up the hill every time you wish to get out or use the facilities. The road to get to the rooms is steep and not very accessible for everyone, something not mentioned. The road to the beach is a non-kept road that takes 10/15 minutes by foot and is absolutely not accessible for people who struggles more physically, very steep and dangerous in some points.

  A Very Disappointing Experience at a 4-Star All-Inclusive Hotel

  Liked: The hotel’s app was one of the things I initially liked. It provided clear information about the available services and facilities and created a very positive first impression. Unfortunately, the information was misleading, as many of the advertised services did not match reality.

  Disliked: Extremely disappointing experience for a 4-star all-inclusive hotel! When booking, we received an app with information about the available services and facilities, which initially impressed us. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. Our flight was delayed, and the long queue at the car rental desk caused another hour's delay. We arrived at around 9:15 PM. According to the information provided, dinner was available until 10 PM, but the restaurant had already closed at 9:30 PM. We were told that late arrivals could get food between 10 and 11 PM, so we returned with our luggage after checking in. However, the restaurant was closed again. We had to go back to reception and ask for help. Eventually, someone let us in, but staff were shouting and arguing, and nobody offered any proper assistance. The food was uncovered, there were no plates or cutlery, and the only snacks available were stale and rancid. The chef had already gone home! Other late-arriving guests also came down, only to discover that there was no proper food for them either. We had paid for all-inclusive service, yet we were left without dinner. To make matters worse, cockroaches were running around the hotel, even near the drinking water dispensers. When we complained, the receptionist acted as if this were perfectly normal. We had to go back and forth several times before the receptionist came with us and removed the spoiled food. There was no drinking water in our room, so we had to buy our own. Guests were expected to refill their bottles at dispensers, raising serious hygiene concerns. The facilities were equally disappointing. The information stated that the outdoor pool was open until 7 PM, but at 6 PM everyone was forced to leave. The indoor pool and sauna also closed early, meaning there was little opportunity to relax after a day of excursions. Even the Turkish bath cost an additional €10. Drinks were served using vouchers, and staff poured them into dirty glasses.
