Disliked: The staff were absolutely terrible, and our experience at this hotel was genuinely horrible. I have rarely felt so unwelcome as a paying guest. In particular, the gentleman working in the cafeteria seemed almost annoyed every time I approached the counter to order food or drinks. I was repeatedly treated as though I was a nuisance rather than a hotel guest. His attitude was consistently rude, unfriendly and completely inappropriate for someone working in hospitality. What made the experience even worse was the contrast in his attitude towards a group of local regulars who appeared to spend most of their time at the bar. He seemed perfectly happy to chat and serve them, while treating us with obvious irritation whenever we approached. This was especially disappointing because I was there with my children. We should have felt welcome and comfortable, but instead we constantly felt like we were bothering the staff simply by being there. The experience was so unpleasant that we actually decided to leave two days earlier than planned, despite the hotel’s excellent location and its proximity to the beach. That says everything about how bad the experience was. The location may be good, but for us, the poor treatment by the staff completely overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The Aguamarina Spa is open Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 until 20:30. The thermal spa runs for 60-70 minutes.
