  Perfect place in the Old Town

  Liked: It was great and right in Ourense's Old Town. Taxis can bring you to the door if you need to. Hosts were very friendly and they gave us good tips on things to do and where to eat. The apartment was refurbished to good standards so we were very comfortable. Everything you could need was a little walk away, amazing restaurants and drinks. We also wanted to go to the baths, and it was so easy to get to the main roads as well to take transportation. We would book again without a doubt, and I would recommend it to friends visiting Ourense

  Noisy to say the least

  Liked: The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only thing missing is a stove. The lady was super lovely as she let me check-in early, since I had to work on my laptop. Really hospitable!

  Disliked: There are 2 clubs in the neighbourhood. One literally in front of the apartment and one behind. The one behind was closed I guess, since we were there from Monday to Thursday. The one in front of the apartment had people partying 3 nights in a row. It was horrible. We went to sleep at midnight and they partied outside the club (next to our window) basically until 4am. This is not acceptable. I haven't slept for 3 nights and still had to get up early to work. So, no. My stay was not enjoyable. This is not the host's fault, but she needs to address this to the police and somehow link this to people who come to rent, because most tourists don't speak Spanish, let along Galego. If you are a light sleeper I don't recommend this place, as beautiful as it is.
