Guest reviews
Very good
Close to Train Station
Liked: Very close to train station
Disliked: There is mold around the edges of shower.
Liked: The room was comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were very polite and kind. It is very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. In general, it’s a good value room for a stay in Ourense.
Disliked: The late (semi-self) check-in process was a bit confusing. We had to ring the bell, go inside, and find a screen on our own to talk to support. It would be great to receive clear instructions before arrival.
Liked: Staff very nice and welcoming. Great location next to station. Clean and modern. Bed was rock hard which I love
Disliked: Very basic facilities. It was super overpriced for that it is. As a comparison the next day I paid 25% LESS for a 4 star hotel.. this is 1 star.
Very nice receptionist, quiet, clean and spacious. Good value for money. Highly recommend
Liked: Very quiet yet close to the city center. Large and clean room.
Disliked: There was a bit of mold in the shower…
Well-Maintained Hotel, Right by the Train Station
Liked: The property is clean and well-maintained. It's also right across from the train station.
Disliked: n/a
