Very good
Comfortable room near in the city centre
Liked: Centrally located close to the cathederal in Ourense, and the bars and restaurants in the evening. The room was super, views over the city skyline and the beds comfortable. It was though just a room.
Disliked: The toilet and shower were a frosted glass enclosure within the main room and it felt a little exposed when you went to use them - especially when travelling with a friend. The access arrangement was amazing once you figured out how to use it - access via a web page opened the door from the street - I needed to call though to get it explanined. The response was quick, accurate and very useful.
Nice room, very noisy in the street, dirty linen on the bed!
Liked: Large room & comfortable bed.
Disliked: All of the bed linen was dirty! Hair, perfume & stains on the sheets & pillow case! I slept in my Camino slee ping bag liner. The washbasin plug was stuck & the shower was grimy.

Liked: Check in, location, communication, spacious
A unique view with tricky access and no service
Liked: You can climb up on the lounge and lean on the window sill to see the amazing view over the rooftops! The interior is renovated and has a lift and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi works well. Located close to lots of great eating places in beautiful Ourense.
Disliked: The apartment is one room with the toilet and shower areas separated off by partitions. They are not separate rooms and don’t give much privacy. The shower leaked out onto the floor sometimes and it needed a good scrub around the base. Noise from the street bars late at night woke me a few times. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of any service. Entry is by a code through WhatsApp and was tricky at first. I messaged and then initiated a phone conversation to help me get in. To enter the building you need to have your phone charged and your internet service working every time, or you will be locked out. There is no key or keypad for the front door. The sheets were not changed nor beds made for the 6 nights that I was there. On the 5th day I messaged and asked for fresh towels and more toilet paper and these were later left at the door. There was a small fridge but no other kitchen facilities (kettle?) or dining table as advertised. For the money, I would prefer accommodation where I have a key for entry and where there is staff available to provide service and hospitality.
