Very centric hotel, perfect to visit Ourense and be close to all monuments
Liked: Very nice staff and perfect location to spend a night in the centre of Ourense.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small. The noise of the street can bother a bit during the night.
In the heart of Ourense, clean and welcoming
Liked: A lovely little hotel right in the heart of Ourense, with all the basic amenities you need for a short stay. The rooms are small but spotless, and the staff are super friendly and always happy to help. A great option if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay in a central location.
Disliked: Let’s be honest, the hotel is quite small, and moving around the rooms can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially in the bathroom. The TV setup was also a little odd, with two different remotes to figure out, and the internet connection was somewhat unstable. Nothing major, but these little things could be improved.

Very basic, central hotel
Liked: Good location, safe and clean.
Disliked: Noisy, you can hear every noise inside the building (people having sex or using the bathroom etc) and from outside (4 am garbage cleaners etc); no basic hotel services like keeping a piece of luggage, staff can not be contacted outside desk/reception opening hours and they refuse to speak anything but galego, no english nor other language. The room and bathroom are very small, and AC and ventilator are not working.

Liked: La ubicación es muy buena. Estancia limpia.
Disliked: No hay AC. El ruido de la calle y de las otras habitaciones se oía bastante. Sala de baño bastante pequeño, sobretodo la ducha. No hay parking ni tampoco posibilidad de acercar el coche a la puerta para descargar las maletas.
