The check was problematic because (1) had to download an app, (2) the video showing how to get in had an incorrect apart

Disliked: Check in was the most atrocious ever in my 30 years of experience with hotels. Totally dehumanized, complex and massively prone to failure (we rent three apartments and one of us could never check in because the system was fully digital and required that the counterpart be connected—no staff and no possibility to bring any in case of any issue with the digital check in)
