Liked: Amazing view, good location.
Disliked: Overcrowded breakfast, standard variety of food.
Service was great but a little too far from amenities without a car
Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet as it is located on top of a hill and we went in October.
Disliked: Too far away from the nearest restaurant or shops without a car
Could do with losing a star or two
Liked: Big room but that’s about it!
Disliked: Bathroom had bugs in it so not very clean, badly designed, poor breakfast quality, cheap old towels, felt like cost cutting was the most important thing.

Liked: BREAKFAST BUFFET OK, COFFEE FROM 2 MACHINES WHICH WAS BUSY AT TIMES
Disliked: HARDLY ANY GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS. NOT A 4 OR 5 STAR FEEL AT ALL.
Disliked: Needs to upgrade to smart tv in the room, only has a few cable channels
Disliked: Not a 5 star hottel at all. Reception Manager - unprofessional!
