  Lovely looking hotel. Clean, tidy and great location. Need to improve their food offering and don’t offer people the cup

  Liked: Great location, quick access to restaurants, beach and bars. The hotel was clean and tidy and the amenities were as described.

  Disliked: - We were put into a very small room through a fire exit (not signposted) Almost looks like it was a random empty space they decided to use as a room. Very little storage and tiny bed for 2 people. We asked to move and this wasnt accepted for night 1, but thankfully was moved to a bigger and more suitable room on night 2. - Food wasn’t fantastic, the hotel catered very much for German and Dutch guests with the food being more to their preferences rather than anyone else. - The gym had great equipment but was scorching hot with no aircon or fans!

  Liked: the location, and area and rooftop

  Disliked: that it was advertised as hotel and spa and once i arrive dthe spa down stairs facilities were not valiable which is why i booked it. I was also highly disapointed with the cost of massage which wasnt acatually avaliable

  Liked: Accomodation excellent..large room, very clean, comfortable bed.Staffvery helpful.Pool excellent and bar prices very reasonable Location close to beach and town centre. Third time we have stayed and would come again.

  Disliked: The food for the evening meals was awful..rabbit stew, tasteless fish, poor quality meat, fried vegetables..very little for children..it was much the same last year..Worst hotel food for quality and range of choices we have ever experienced. Breakfast was good..so no excuse really..gave the impression that portion control was aimed at spending as little as possible. No allowance made for different national tastes. Would only book B abd B next time. It lets the hotel down.

  Very disappointed with this hotel especially being a 4 star ( more of a 3 star ). I go away quite a lot and this is the

  Liked: Location to the beach

  Disliked: Even though we were half board we were expected to pay for water. ( if it’s alcohol I can agree ) but not water with your meal!! Tried to visit the sky bar at 11.40 pm only to be told it was closed even though all their literature says bar closes at 12pm (Saturday night as well ). Bedroom was facing the rear of the property which was complete concrete wall 60/70 ft high 10 feet from our window covered with a mesh to disguise it ( we were on the 4th floor room 436 and it still towered above us not nice to see every morning ), The queue for the food both morning and evening for a very limited choice of food is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel, have a video of the queues but this platform won’t let me share, The electrical connections/transformers to the illuminated mirror dropped down from behind the mirror after reporting this to reception it was dealt with - only to re appear the following day ( it’s just been stuck up with black gaffa tape NAUGHTY!! )

  Excellent all round, would stay again

  Liked: Very comfortable rooms, the food I had was very nice, pool area great and rooftop bar drinks were as good as the views of the sunset.
