  Liked: Nice reasonably priced hotel in a v good location. Staff overall v good and a nice chilled atmosphere

  Disliked: Staff occasionally went AWOL from reception. Also we're not very helpful during checkout....My bags were left in the hotel luggage room while I passed time waiting for a flight. Unfortunately they closed the hotel that afternoon meaning I couldn't access my luggage when I returned a couple of hours later causing a v stressful situation. Fortunately they did return to give me access before it was too late....

  Liked: The 2 Raul’s were excellent.

  Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t work so well and I had a leak in the room at one stage.

  It was overall not bad but I won't stay here again, sorry

  Liked: The room was clean, very comfortable beds and quite a few guests.

  Disliked: A poor variety of food, moreover you had to queue to get an portion of omlette or pancakes for breakfast, for example.

  Great stay, definitely would stay there again if visiting Peguera again

  Liked: Rich breakfast with a lot of choices for everyone, room was good size with pool view, balcony and sunbeds. Room was cleaned daily even we didn't ask for it, something we are not used to it at least in UK. Five minutes walk from a really nice sandy beach, Platja Gran de Tora. Easy to book taxi at the reception for airport transfer. 24 hour reception, available late check in and check out. We could also store our luggage after check out and pick them up later with no extra cost. Friendly staff and tried to do their best to satisfy us.

  Disliked: Everything was better that expected. There was no view from the hotel to the sea or any nice landscape but it's hard to find all in one place.

  Very pleasant

  Liked: Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The hotel has a very good location, the breakfast was consistently good, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The entire property was very clean, and the cleaning ladies were especially kind and attentive.
