Liked: A stone house in an original mountain village - the perfect place for us to explore the Spanish Pyrenees. It's just a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Liked: The guesthouse is very cozy and Anna and Sara are great hosts. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed, and there is plenty of room for all guests in the common area (including the kitchen). You have everything you need to prepare your meals and you can also get some things for Anna and Sara - marmelade, eggs, fruit and such. Yesero is a small village, but super quaint. We came in May and were pretty much the only tourists, so we can't say what it is like in the summer. There is a bar/restaurant which is open most nights with a good menu.

Disliked: Not something we didn't like, but you do need to be prepared to drive to get groceries, have a variety of restaurants in the next village (Biescas) or to start many of the hikes in the area (there's a handful you can start right from Yesero). If you're up for that we can only recommend this place.

    Character stay with friendly owners

Liked: Interesting old property that obviously did meals previously judging by the huge kitchen that you are able to use. Definitely come prepared with food. It’s a tiny village with no shop, one bar but it was closed when we were there. Not sure if it’s permanently so.

Disliked: A bit on the cold side especially the kitchen and dining areas. It was also cold in the night and we didn’t find the spare blankets in the box until the next day. The noise travels as it’s an old house with creaky stairs and thin walls. Noisy inconsiderate Spanish in the next room didn’t help matters by talking loudly in the corridor outside of their room early morning.
