  Nice and kind host, minimalist amenities

  Liked: Nice little village but really only accessible via car. Pool, shower were good

  Disliked: No cutlery, no fridge, basically nothing but a bed and a bathroom. It’s the absolute bare minimum you can get for a „room“ and you don’t get much more.

  Absolutely perfect!! the hosts, location and facilities are all 5star!! We shall see you again!!

  Liked: We called upon arrival, and we were met by Monika within minutes, who showed us our room, and around the beautiful facilities.

  Comfortable place to stay when traveling from France to Portugal

  Relaxing, comfy, with great views but the pool was not open for use, despite being advertised

  Liked: Welcoming and easy greeting to the property with a little help from Google Translate;) Clean, comfy and fantastic views.

  Disliked: There was a pool advertised: which is why we picked this property over others - but it was not open for us to use, which was really disappointing. Especially as it was 35 degrees. There was also no coffee - ha! And the light fuse tripped a couple of times.

  We really enjoyed the amazing views and the surrounding

  Liked: The view is simply amazing. We enjoyed watching the view of the castle and the vineyard while the sun went down. And mr Marcus is very hospitable and welcoming.

  A little Gem

  Liked: Probably one of the nicest fincas ive ever stayed in. If you take the ferry to Santander or Bilbao or back again do yourself a favour and stay here. Peace and tranquility at its best. Castle views, sunsets wine and quietness. Hob, fridge etc all the amenities you need. Our dog had full reign to roam freely. Its a working vineyard in the day and you can do wine tasting. The owner hasn't any English but we got by. He even left some wine from his vineyard (at a cost) They have a beautiful pool (open from June to September) There is so much more I could say about this gem but it was a perfect chilled peace of heaven. Will definitely be back.
