Tranquil and genuine
Liked: The welcome was so genuine that we felt like family.
Fantastic little hotel in the mountains. Definitely recommend!
Liked: Fantastic little hotel - we loved it! The hosts (Carmen and Bea) were exceptional, very friendly with lots of local advice. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The rooms were lovely and cosy. Walking distance to the Monastery and the bus stop up to the lakes.

Cozy guesthouse by Covadonga sanctuary
Liked: The hostesses are super friendly and willing to help. The location cloudn't be better near the sanctuary. The room was really comfortable. The breakfast was quite good.
Disliked: Although there is plenty of parking spaces, it's a bit tricky to find a spot if you arrive in the core visiting hours of the sanctuary or lakes nearby.
Liked: Extremely welcoming and helpful hosts who assisted us in organising our trip to the lakes. Breakfast is excellent. Access to the main attractions is easy and within immediate reach. Our room and bathroom were well-equipped, our delight was the small fridge where we could keep snacks and drinks pleasantly cool.
Disliked: The house is right next to the main street leading up to the sanctuary, basilika and lakes, that is, during the day it can get quite busy there, though traffic dies down after 6 pm. As the building is older, there are no double-glazed windows, so traffic noise might be a daytime problem. In summer, the heat can be another issue as rooms have no air-conditioning.
Liked: Friendly staff. The staff prepared a take-away breakfast because our bus was earlier than breakfast time (8:00)
Disliked: Overpriced, but worth mentioning we were there during high season
