Exceptional
Liked: the building, the location
Disliked: We had to wait for the room 3 hours, and we received it the AC was not working, they offered to change the room but just for 1 night (we had a booking for 4 nights). They did not replace toiletries
It was a short stay. the hotel room has a beautiful view and the staff is really great
Liked: The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room is dated. feels a bit musty. coffee and breakfast are not the best.

Disliked: It s a little scary to work the way up at night but there are taxis available at 7 euros
It was an absolute delight to find this treasure and we will definitely return
Liked: Stunning situation and fantastic hotel both inside & out with a great person who actually stood out far ahead of the Maitre’d or the other waiters and couldn’t have been more helpful,which was brilliant, plus he worked far harder than the others running around setting up tables, helping people and carrying more plates than any others, very professional and a credit to the hotel.

Liked: That's it. The garden is the best if you want to feel the view of the mountains. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable. It was the best dream.
