  Very unique and special retreat with an amazing and restorative spa surrounded by breathtaking hills

  Liked: Loved the staff, restaurant and spa.

  Disliked: We had a penthouse room on the 3rd floor - room 312, and the room was hot and humid the whole time, making it hard to sleep. The airconditioner was very, very loud, and my husband couldn't sleep at all. we tried to open the windows, but it was too hot. our family had a room also on the first floor, and their room was much nicer and no problem with the air conditioner or heat in the room.

  Great stop for a rejuvenating mineral soak and retreat

  Liked: The location and use of the hotel indoor spa was most memorable. We really enjoyed our soaks in the hot mineral waters and the cool plunges in between. The buffet breakfast was also quite enjoyable with a nice selection.

  Disliked: The rooms were a bit dated and dark, with very firm, uncomfortable mattresses on the beds. We had an outside terrace overlooking a wall of ivy which was nice in a quiet way but not useful.

  Liked: Loved the breakfast and the spa.

  Disliked: The bathroom was dated and smelled a little bit musty. We were assigned a spa time that did not work for all of us. (I wish the property had tried harder to contact us to get our timing preferences.) There was no flexibility for spa entrance. The paid parking situation was not clearly explained.

  Liked: The facility rooms and spa were great.

  Disliked: A lot of extra charges were tacked on. You could only go once to the spa. Parking is extra and the restaurant dinner was expensive

Please note that drinks are not included in half board or full board rates.

Please note the spa opening times:

Monday to Friday and Sundays: 9:00-13:00 and from 16:30 - 19:30

Saturday 9:00-13:00 and from 16:30-19:00

Entrance to the spa is every 30 minutes.

The thermal circuit has a duration of 80 minutes.

Guests are required to use bathing caps and slippers. Bathrobes are provided by the hotel.

A deposit may be required at the property.
