Fabulous
Good hotel, breakfast disappointing
Liked: Beautiful hotel, about a 14 min motorbike ride into potes, beautiful town, cheap for food. Good undercover motorbike parking, wonderful mountain view, lovely hotel
Disliked: breakfast was expensive there, we were not sure so we sat down and the waitress was not happy and directed us to the buffet, then came over to take a drink after getting a few bits of ham and cheese from the buffet told we could order food from the menus, so had egg and sausage, it came out cold so I asked for it to be warmed, we didn't eat there for breakfast after for those two reasons, was disappointed
Just superb, wish I had more than a night to explore the walks at the top of the cable car
Liked: Amazing location close to the cable car, with a fantastic view of the mountains from the room, great value, friendly staff
Disliked: No kettle in the room, restaurant was a bit pricey, and no supermarket nearby

Liked: View from the hotel room was awesome - it changed with the weather and light. A waterfall appeared overnight after heavy rain....something to remember.
Disliked: Some of the bar staff seemed as though they didn't like being at work. The receptionist ( Mer) was very helpful and friendly but she was the exception.
A lovely hotel in a lovely location!
Liked: It was a great location for us to visit the Picos! Beautiful countryside around. The accommodation met our expectations. We would like to pay a special tribute to a staff member, Pablo Coronado, who works in the Cafe and bar. We noted that he worked exceptionally hard and with good grace to meet all the needs of his customers, of whom there were many!
