Liked: Great welcome from reception staff. They were very helpful during our stay. Fantastic location, easy parking,extremely clean, comfy beds.
Disliked: Would have preferred a buffet breakfast,but there was a varied menu.
Perfect place to stay for both comfort and location
Liked: Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Large comfortable room and spacious bathroom.
I would definitely stay again as good value for money and well run
Liked: Reception staff were excellent. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Location very central but not noisy.
Disliked: Hotel restaurant looks good inside and outside by the river, but we did not eat there as tables were full of crumbs and glasses so made me think service could be poor. Many other good restaurants in Arenas anyway.
Would recommend, great place, comfortable lounge and dining
Liked: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The fact that it had a pool was great for relaxing.
Disliked: We had a top room that didn’t have a window view but a skylight. The window was at the side.
