  Liked: Cozy place with wonderful breakfast. We have not used the spa as we prefer to hike, but overall this place is very peaceful and beautiful.

  Disliked: There is a noticeable moldy smell in the room. The bathroom does not have a ventilation fan, and there is visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. The wi-fi was very weak.

  Very disappointing

  Liked: The breakfast was good as was the location and outside look of the hotel, but that is where the good stops.

  Disliked: The staff at the reception wasn't too friendly. The rooms are quite tiny and very outdated, especially for paying over 300 euros per night. The WiFi did not work properly and the gym was only open between 9 am and 9 pm. No kettle/coffee in the room.

  High quality accommodation with lots of amenities

  Liked: The included breakfast was amazing, the staff were helpful especially when opening the safe for us when we couldn't get into it. The lift to our second floor room was welcome. We weren't there long enough to use the outdoor pool. Our room had a safe and a fridge which were also a nice feature. There was underground parking which was good as the days there were very hot. The Aircon was very effective in the hot weather.

  Disliked: As I'm quite tall I had to watch out for the eaves roof which dipped near my bedside.

Please note that guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa outside these hours: 13:00–16:00.

The spa opening hours are from 10:00 to 21:00.

Please note that use of the spa is not included in the room rates and carries a supplement. It is mandatory to reserve the spa time in advance of your arrival.

[Please note that the group will be considered for reservations of more than 6 rooms or 12 people. In this case, the hotel will charge 50% of the total reservation as a deposit. If cancellation is made ten days or more after the reservation is made, the deposit will not be refunded.

For weekend stays, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount to the client's card 3 days in advance.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies.

At the spa, it is mandatory to wear a bathing cap and flip-flops; you can bring them or buy them there.

The hotel has bathrooms for people with ostomies in the common areas.

Payment for the stay is mandatory upon arrival at the hotel.

Children aged 0–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding, one per room.

A deposit may be required at the property.
