Excellent choice for walkers
Liked: Very nice welcome and well equipped
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed ( this is not clear on booking.com) The village tavern. The only place to eat is permanently closed ( this is not clear on booking.com) - not the fault of the property owner Be aware all outside areas are communal

A remarkable property in a beautiful location
Liked: An extraordinary historic property, sympathetically renovated, in a beautiful village in the mountains. Our host met us when we arrived and kindly showed us around and explained the history of the place. Incredibly peaceful, lots of good walking from the property and by car. The swimming pool was very welcome and bracingly cool. We stayed in the ground floor apartment with a private garden, and it was a lovely, quiet and comfortable place to be. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: We were there just off season (early September) so the pub over the road was already closed.
It is the perfect place to balance walking in the Picos de Europa with rest and recovery!
Liked: The views from the apartment were stunning and we loved watching the sunrise on the mountains. We liked that we could sit outside and eat in the shade in a beautiful shared area. We loved the pool area and it was perfect in the hot weather. The whole complex is a restored medieval farm with lots of interesting features and murals. Casas de las Chimineas felt like a peaceful retreat.
Disliked: It was a shame that the bar opposite had closed!
We loved it apart from the dogs barking at night

Disliked: Fabulous location and lovely and quite but during the night the consistent barking of dogs disturbed our sleep quite badly
Cosy Mediterranean mountain stay with pool, friendly staff, and inclusive ammenities!
Liked: My boyfriend and I spent two weeks traveling northern Spain, and this was by far our favorite stay! The accommodation is simply beautiful, with walls of rocks and colorful glass-stained windows. The staff was very welcoming and warm, sharing with us the history of the Casa and giving a tour of the flat and shared spaces. We also loved relaxing by the pool after our hikes, and received all-included pool towels and toiletries. Despite being a little outside of Potes, the Casa offers a really amazing and affordable stay, with an incredible view of the stars (pull-over at a view point 1 min before entering Tudes, on the main road).
Disliked: The stay was great, just mind your head with the low door frames
