  Lovely villa. Location ruined

  Liked: Lovely villa, well stocked with everything you require. Very clean and comfortable with a small pool. Pool man came twice. We usually get a mid holiday clean and linen change but not here. To be fair there's a decent washing machine but you need to buy your own detergent. Excellent supermarket within walking distance and easy access to Papagayo, Mujeres beaches. Highly recommended. Also a beautiful coastal walk to Marina Rubicon.

  Disliked: The issues which will prevent us from returning to this villa, having been to Playa Blanca for 11 previous years, is the huge and ongoing construction in this area. So much so that it backs right up to the villa and we endured every form of building site noise from 8am to 4 pm, for the whole ten days except the Sunday. On top of which we suffered the endless stress yapping of a neighbours dog, virtually dawn to dusk, for the whole ten days. I must stress this is out of the owners control. Perhaps the property description and pictures need to reflect this.

  Just wish we’d have been informed prior to going & gutted that the owners have avoided replying back from bookin.com

  Liked: The property was good however not been told about building works going on directly behind the villa wall was naughty as we could have had the right to cancel. we had free cancellation so had the right to cancel prior to going on holiday & would have avoided the situation & not have suffered the noisy builders from 7.30am -6pm on a morning til evening banging & drilling mixing music playing loud music…it would have been our choice to still go knowing the build was ongoing from nov 2025 & doesn’t finish until 2027 as we had free cancellation & was told of this it would have been our choice to either cancel or still go to the villa..

  Disliked: The ongoing building works directly behind the villa wall no privacy from bedroom balcony & side of villa when sunbathing & in the pool having work men looking directly into the surrounding areas of the villa

  Great villa with everything!

  Liked: The villa had everything we wanted. Very comfortable, great layout and great pool, not the biggest but still suited the three of us.

  Disliked: The building works going on right at the back of the villa every day except Sunday. We had no idea of this till we arrived. Also the location was maybe too quiet having to travel to get to restaurants or shops, this we did know about before booking but the villa was too good not to try.

  A lovely villa for a short stay, definitely need a car if staying for more than a few days

  Liked: The villa is compact yet has everything you need. It’s in a quiet location, with mainly long term resident villas around it. There are quite alot of active building works going on around the villa. The villa has all the conveniences of a home. It’s very clean, just a little dated in terms of decor.

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
