  Liked: Casa Natalie is amazing. The villa is spacious and clean and absolutely everything has been thought of and nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect too. Thank you Natalie for letting us stay in your fabulous villa and hope we can stay there again sometime

  best villa ive stayed in

  Liked: property was excellent and in very good order. Views were great overlooking the whole area, and you could see the next island. Quiet, supermarket nearby cafes and resteurants. Local beach isnt great either if you dont want to be travelling to the white sand beaches.

  Disliked: For me this didnt matter because im mobile. There is now driveway and that you had to climb a flight of steps to access the property. If it were my parents that had rented the property they would have been in real bother, carrying suitcases or even getting to and from the property. The information should be updated to show this because this property doesnt deserve any bad reviews.

  We really enjoyed staying in Casa Natalie villa. The view and etc was amazing

  Liked: The property was clean,outside area have everything you need like swimming pool,bbq,sitting area. We always had our meals outside. Shops,bars and restaurants available around. Plus it very quiet

  Very peaceful stay in a lovely location. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at and we’ve been doing this f

  Liked: Clean, comfortable, good appliances and everything worked. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Air con/ heating in all the rooms. Lovely peaceful locations with elevated views across towards the sea. Good communication from the property manager manager prior to arrival and on arrival day. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues so we didnt need her help during our week. Pool guy came twice to clean the pool, it was what I’d call refreshing but very useable. BBQ had a brand new tray and grid so I didn’t use it, I bought a disposable one because I didn’t want to dirty the new grid. Good tv, I connected to my Netflix on evening we didn’t want to go out

  Disliked: The only thing missing that I could think of is it could do with a bread knife, minor I know and I’d have bought one if I could have found a shop that kept them. The shutter runner at the small bedroom needs attention but we weren’t using that room so didn’t need to open that shutter. There are 40 steps up to the property so might not suit those who have problems with stairs

  Disappointed with the Villa

  Liked: We have stayed in the Las Coloradas for the last 30 years in villas, we love the area.

  Disliked: The Villa needs serious maintenance updates. Tiles out side are dated and some are loose and dangerous. Edging around the Villa, concrete needs filling and painting. Metal shutters need replacing. Bare wire in garden just covered by a plant pot. Serious infestation of Ghost Ants in the villa, all kitchen surfaces and walls contaminated with these, had to keep all food items in fridge due to this, including tea bags, thousands cleaned up daily. Food prep had to be done outdoors due to this. Tiles in en-suite on the floor in the shower are spongy, looks like they’ve been laid over something as water comes up from beneath them. Not hygienic.
