  Lovely spacious villa with pool

  Liked: The outside area was lovely. Plenty of space and different areas. The property was very clean and it felt very private. Inside the shared area was also quite big and well set out. It was an easy walk down to the restaurants. The host provided towels, toiletries and a bottle of wine. Kitchen is well stocked.

  Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but the safe had been locked by a previous guest & it wasn’t possible to get it unlocked. Whilst we were assured it was safe due to previous experience we had to carry out passports and money which was a bit frustrating. We also didn’t know when the person came to clean the pool or change the bedding which would have been nice. We were up but others may not be. All of the people than came in were v nice.

  Peaceful and private ☺️

  Liked: We had a great stay! The facilities were great and everything was clean and tidy, the pool was lovely and private, the host was very helpful although we never met. I’d definitely recommend this Vila and we hope to return soon.

  Disliked: It was a good 25 minute walk to the bars but we knew before booking.

  Wish I had more stars

  Liked: I wish I had more stars to rate casa villas and Matilde as both were exceptional. Villa is so comfortable with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Nice size kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, 3 well size bedrooms one with an ensuite and a large shower with the others sharing a big bathroom. The outside area is fantastic with plenty of room for lounging in the sun which shines on the patio all day but also plenty of shaded areas to cool off and read a book or just take a dip in the fabulous pool which is big enough for swimming in. Matilde is a great host is very fast to respond to any questions and sort any problems not that we had anything major. We have been going to playa Blanca for 20 years and always stayed in hotels and resorts but we enjoyed our stay so much in casa villas that we are hoping to book it again for next year

  Disappointed, will not be back

  Liked: Lounge and outside sitting area.

  Disliked: Noise from attached property and neighbours, cats and dogs and people. Woken regularly, not a quiet location. Uncomfortable slatted bed in main bedroom. Small kitchen not much room to do anything but basic meals.
