Liked: My son and I loved the kids pool along with the fact that it was easy access to get into and get out of the pool. The showers in the rooms are so comfortable and spacious. The food was delicious and had great choices everyday. There were lots of activities for kids and even though my son is only 2 he lived the kids pool.

Disliked: Just the mattresses in the rooms were not comfortable.

Liked: Not to far from town and food was nice

Disliked: Everything about the place wasn't explained properly from the entertainment and things to do( like you could book a steak night etc) they just tell you about the basics

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay

Liked: The rooms and pool were kept clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

Disliked: The food was ok, but the menu was very similar each day. A greater variety of options would have been nice

HL Rio...good but some improvements needed...but would return

Liked: Pool was very good. Pool area needs to be cleaned daily though. Food was good. Good choice. Typical all inclusive food. Most staff were very good and really helpful Entertainment team were outstanding. Excellent to include everyone. Great fun. Created great fun around pool area

Disliked: Pool bar and lobby bar could do with a second person serving Cock roaches in our room. Grand total of 8 in 11 days had to ask for room to be fumigated twice. Not acceptable. We didn't leave door or windows open and any night we sat out on porch area they would run in. Think it was due to our rooms location within the complex. But think it could be managed better. Aware that they are part of life i Lanzarote but not in my room thanks!!!! General maintenance around the place needed with painting etc.
