  Excellent stay enjoyed by the 12 people of our group

  Liked: Cleanliness of the villa and resort, the restauarant and bar, together with the friendly staff

  Disliked: Major problem was the taxi service.

  Nice resort, shame about the pool temperature

  Liked: Nice and clean villa with lovely outside furniture

  Disliked: They advertise the pool is heated but it certainly wasn't and I even spoke to reception about it. My 2 grandchildren couldn't stay in for more than 10 minutes before being very cold. I did speak to other parents who owned time shares there and they also confirmed its was always that temperature.

  Liked: This place is a real gem. The staff are so friendly, helpful and patient. The beds are so comfortable and the place is cleaned during your stay with fresh sheets and towels. There are three pools to suit all levels and they are heated. My children had the best time. The poolside bar is a lovely perk to the place, its vibrant and the food is top notch. I couldnt fault this place! A 15 minute walk into town but if you dont mind walking its a very pleasant walk. Our kids got tired in the heat so we got taxis back for less than 5e. There is a taxi rank right outside the complex. Also a bus stop very close. Highly recommend.

  Disliked: Location from supermarket. The large supermarkets are a bit away.

  Liked: Onsite restaurant and bar was excellent value and really friendly and helpful service. Villa was spotless and the grounds are kept to a very high standard. Beautiful pools too. Throughly recommend.

  Fabulous place for a family holiday

  Liked: Spacious clean plenty of room for everyone - well equipped

  Disliked: Ants The patio door was not easy to close and lock and we needed maintenance to come and look at it a couple of times Water in the swimming pool could have been a little warmer - it says heated pool on booking.com but this is questionable

  Liked: Great Resort, with spotless accommodation, well maintained grounds and pool area. Staff were great with a special mention to Ruth who couldn't do enough to make us feel welcomed and settle into our stay with some great advice and assistance for food shopping. Booked our taxi there and back 10/10 service. Also the staff at Baileys bar were so welcoming and the food and drink were great and responsible priced. The entertainment was also good and had people up dancing and enjoying there stay. Taxi rank outside and only 3-5 euro to get around Playa Blanca. Definitely worth a visit
