  Fantastic holiday in a great location

  Liked: Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the marina with shops, restaurants, and a children's play area. Well equipped with lots of useful extras included: bathroom towels; pool towels; beach umbrella; books; toys; washing up supplies; tea, coffee, milk and biscuits; wine; adapter plug. Friendly, responsive host.

  Disliked: A few things needed replacing or repairing: outdoor dining table; bathroom mirror; main bedroom ceiling fan. However, a free standing fan was provided due to the ceiling fan not working. The host also mentioned that maintenance work was due to take place after our stay.

  Liked: Great villa is a very quiet area but location was great. Very bear to everything. In general it's a lovely area. Villa was ready for early morning arrival which was great, no waiting around for checking.

  Disliked: The only thing I would comment on is that there isn't any proper AC units. There was just a ceiling fan in each bedroom, which was ok but a few night were very warm. That's the only thing we could comment on

  Perfect Villa for a relaxing break in Lanzarote

  Liked: Lovely villa in quiet area but near to shops and restaurants and 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Super comfy beds and sofa and everything we could possible need for our stay is provided. Amanda is an excellent host and responded to my questions promptly, she also helped us arrange a taxi to get to the airport.

  Disliked: The dust from the building site near by but this was just a minor inconvenience and didn't spoil our holiday.

  Nice villa in a great location

  Liked: The Villa was in a great location and had everything you needed. The pool was very nice and was a nice temperature and also cleaned during the week.

  The property is lovely and the location near the marina is great

  Liked: The location was great and the pool was great,Amanda was also very helpful with any queries we had.

  Disliked: It wasn’t very clean when we arrived,especially the outside area around the pool,it was probably made worse by the strong winds and the nearby construction sites,cleaning team needs to very mindful of that.
