  Disappointed with the Villa

Liked: The location was great as we have stayed within this complex many times before

Disliked: The pool states ‘heated’ this wasn’t true plus it wasn’t cleaned. The villa hadn’t been cleaned properly, all dishes still had other guests food on them. The general villa was dirty. The air con always turned off throughout the night as fixed timers were on. No air con in the communal areas and fan provided was broken. Some wear and tear also throughout the villa which wasn’t expected with luxury in the name or in comparison to other villas we had stayed within this complex.

Disliked: Only a few towels for use in bathroom and some rooms had no towels provided, would be nice if air con in all areas of the villa

Great Villa in a good location

  Liked: Location and size

Disliked: Floors were dirty as walking bare foot in the house made to soles of your feet black so would benefit from a mop or steam clean

  Nice villa

Liked: Beautiful villa. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of space and nice outdoor living area. Excellent communication between host/owner and us. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need.

Disliked: Two of the bedrooms had camp bed-like mattresses, which weren't that comfortable. Pool was unfortunately not heated as the heat pump had broken which I understand is out of their control. They did get someone around the next day to fix it but it took two days to heat up. So unfortunately my daughter only got two days in it before we went home (as we went in December and the water was freezing) also pool towels are provided but they are very small and cheap material.
