  Liked: The Apartment was to a good standard and value for money. The location was excellent. As we hired a car we were able get around easily and the main town was only a short drive away.

  Disliked: There was a fee for air conditioning.

  2 bed bungalow was a great property, clean, spacious and comfy beds

  Liked: Stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow and it was great, clean, spacious, comfy beds - even a powerful hairdryer in the bathroom which is great when your packing light.

  Disliked: Nothing not to like. Feedback would like more hooks in the bathroom as property is for four people would like more than 2, and a few more coat hangers in the wardrobe. Why not just include aircon and safe in the price rather than the faff of extra’s. Need to keep on top of maintenance as things get tired in general. Would not stop me from staying again 😀

  Pleasant and quiet area, nice pool, clean but could do with having ealrer opening times of shop restaurant and bar

  Liked: We loved the property and its location the area is quiet and very chilled, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of beds available.

  Disliked: The supermarket is very sparse considering it’s a self catering complex and didn’t open until 11 am. The pool bar didn’t open until 12 pm and we found one of the pool bar staff quite abrupt and rude I felt like she didn’t enjoy her job very much. There is a bar/restaurant on site but that didn’t open until 11am also. The nearest supermarket is a good 20 mins walk to flamingo beach

  Staff very friendly. Very clean was good to just have a short and relax

  Liked: The property was very clean and a a very good size. We overlooked the car park, not great but ok. We were never advised about the building work at the Natura Palace. However this was a minor issue as the hours were not bad. The other issue again was being charged for Air conditioning, I’ve looked back and it never mentioned we were going to be charged, it was free for first night but that was it. I originally booked another apartment but changed it to Palmeras gardens because of the air condition. I feel it’s something that shouldn’t be charged for

  Liked: Very nice and quiet. The staff were very welcoming, especially the lady at the reception. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Close to restaurants and beach. The lady at the reception was so nice and cheerful. She already had our coach transfer details prepared. Very organised and on point. Defiantly going again. Very good for a quiet place with SEN child.

  Disliked: Maybe the public toilet by pool could do with a little investment as its shared (womens & mens).
