  I would love to come back again, hopefully this time weather will be nicer

  Liked: Fantastic resort. Has got everything a family would want. Great aquapark. Really nice food, something different for dinner every day. Large beds and great location as only 5 min walk to the beach. Soft play for kids and a small playground, over all great facilities for kids.

  Disliked: The smell coming from the toilet was awful. Doors had to be closed all the time. Due to the doors and wall dividing 'neighbours' being so thin we could hear everything from their side.

  Pleasant 3* resort

  Liked: Clean, pleasant resort, refurbished bungalows, daily housekeeping, close to the Flamingo Beach, good food, repetitive but with something to choose every day. Nice water park, unfortunately not used much due to cloudy and windy weather most of our stay.

  Disliked: The smell from the drains in the bathroom (maintenance fixed the issue to some extent after our complaint), AI drinks were either too strong or too sweet, the arrangement of seats in the auditorium - it was hard to move around, music during mini disco too loud, paper thin walls between rooms in the bungalows - we had some really noisy girls next door. Pillows could be of better quality - there were clumps inside and blankets for the kids - bobbled and looking old.

  Liked: We recently stayed at Lanzasur Club for 10 days and overall had a really good experience. The location is excellent, and there was plenty of entertainment to keep everyone engaged throughout our stay. A special thank you to the kitchen team—the food selection was great, with lots of variety each day, and we really appreciated the effort that went into it. One area that could be improved is the cleaning, which we felt was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. However, we were pleased that towels and bed linen were changed regularly. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.

  Liked: Staff were v nice, food was ok, waterpark was v gd

  Disliked: booked it 12 mnts in advance,arrived & told hotel had overbooked,was then sent back to Peurto del Carmen for 3 nts, paid 1,195 for one adult one child think this was way too much.Apt was grubby, clean linen but footprint & matks on ceiling of bedroom & far from pristine, weeds outside the front. Reception was spotless but apts def need overhaul.
